Responsibility for content
The text, designs, product images and other content on this site are published by Seriously Cynical, which is responsible for them. We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is free of error or omission at all times. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer either a correction or a full refund.
Intellectual property
The slogans, artwork and designs sold on this site are created for Seriously Cynical and are our property, except where a third-party right is clearly identified. The site's text, layout and images may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without our written permission. External links
This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites, and a link should not be read as an endorsement.
Products and fulfilment
Our products are printed to order by third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners with production facilities in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address. Orders containing several items may be produced at different facilities and therefore arrive separately. Your contract of sale is with Seriously Cynical, not with the fulfilment partner, and any questions or complaints should come to us.
Applicable law
These notices and any dispute arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it are governed by Swedish law. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of the country in which you live, including any right of withdrawal or right to a remedy for faulty goods.
Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the European Union and we have not been able to resolve a complaint between us, you may submit the dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers in Sweden may also refer a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se.
